Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-3 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked up during store hours (Tuesday-Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 12pm-4pm). An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping:
We offer international shipping. Fees apply. Some exclusions may apply. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Pipton is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Refund, Returns, and Exchanges:
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Some exceptions apply*.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@pipton.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
We are not responsible for undelivered or damaged packages due to delivery service error.

Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy on items purchased online, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@pipton.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing of the return.

Sale Items
All Sale Items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
*Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as makeup or liquid personal care goods (i.e. beauty/haircare products and brushes). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
All Swimwear items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit, or exchanged.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be issued a store credit.
